Joydeb is a seasoned expert in HVAC systems, Firefighting Systems, and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) system design, based in Kolkata since 2003. With over 14 years of comprehensive experience, he has established himself as a highly skilled professional in the fields of HVAC, Public Health Engineering (PHE), fire fighting, and integrated building automation systems, including data, voice, security, digital signage, audiovisual systems, data center management, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access control systems, and MEP project management. He has worked with reputed architects and developers across India, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, and Australia.
His extensive experience includes leading large-scale projects involving HVAC, PHE, fire fighting, ELV, and MEP design and supervision for high-rise commercial and residential buildings, hotels, malls, hospitals, institutional buildings, and industrial projects in multiple countries.
Joydeb plays a vital role in various project phases, including analytical assessments, coordination, design development, planning, and construction activities. His responsibilities cover the entire design process—from conceptualization and schematic design preparation to detailed project load calculations for HVAC, tender documentation, budgetary cost analysis, contract finalization, and periodic site supervision. He is also involved in conducting design reviews to evaluate adequacy, explore alternate solutions, assess operations and maintenance strategies, and ensure design life compliance.
